Staying Cool and Connected – Summer Ice Breakers                                                     Some people think that you have to have a problem or a religious question to talk with a priest, not true! This summer we will have four Summer Ice Breakers: small gatherings with St. Mary’s (still) new rector simply for the purpose of getting to know each other better. Each gathering will be for no more than 8 people and will offer simple refreshments. Please call the Parish Office 212-864-4013 or email stmarysharlem@gmail.org, to sign up for July 8 at 6 pm, July 18 or 25 at 12:30 pm,         July 29 at 7 pm. RSVP is required.

Cocktail party in the garden, at 6:30pm:  cash bar, appetizers, snacks and treats will be available for sale.  Tickets are $20 at the door.                                                                 The Fundraiser is for the upkeep of our beautiful church        with components from 1837

 July 19th is St. Mary’s Parish Eucharist and Annual Picnic in Marcus Garvey Park, at 10: am bring your own brown bag of lunch all are welcome

Ecclesia, every First Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in Marcus Garvey Park:                        St. Mary’s is the lead congregation on the 1st Sunday of each month. We always need some volunteers to help prepare and serve the “Second Meal” following the service.

Men’s Prayer Group meets every last Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m.

  ECW Prayer Group meets second Sundays following the 10:00 a.m. service. women are welcome to  join us! 

  Guided Insight Meditation in Harlem every second and last Sunday of each month at 5 pm to 6:30 pm

Episcopal Church Women meets every third Sunday of the month following the 10:00 a.m.  Church Service.

Free!  Movies Every Friday Night at St. Mary’s Church at 6:00 pm.  July 17:  Hachi: a dog’s tale (g, 2009, drama, 93 mins.) moving true story about the world’s most loyal dog.  bring tissues!  w/ Richard Gere.    .So…Come for the fellowship, the movie, the popcorn, and the fun…   as always volunteers are needed.
