IQ – Important Questions: Next meeting April, 30th 2pm-4pm
Engaging and encouraging children’s questions about life, death, meaning and faith. We explore scripture (especially the Book of Genesis) and tradition through art, movement, field trips, songs , stories, and service to others. Meeting in the Rectory.

New York Sate Primary is Tuesday, April 19. Polls are open 6 am to 9 pm. Make your voice heard! To find your polling place or see a sample ballot, go to http://www.elections.ny.gov/ You must be a registered member of a political party to vote in that party’s primary.
Special Coffee Hour Sunday, April 24 after the 10 am service. Bring a dish, snacks or a dessert to share!
Ecclesia needs volunteers! St. Mary’s offers an outdoor Eucharist for the homeless at Marcus Garvey Park on the first Sunday of each month. Volunteers are needed to bring Eucharistic supplies, and to make and transport sandwiches for an agape meal after the Eucharist. If you are willing to help, speak to Mother Mary.

Flower Fund – Mother’s Day is coming! Please make a small donation to the Flower Fund so that we can purchase carnations in honor of our mothers. .

Come join Theatre of the Oppressed NYC’s flagship troupe, Concrete Justice. Use theatre & fun to confront community concerns in Harlem and New York City! Last year’s CJ show, Homeless Woes addressed gentrification, unsafe shelter conditions and problems in the housing system. No acting experience necessary, all ages welcome!   1. Please add Anthony Tony Howell to the prayer list. He is currently CASAC intern and working at a local hospital in the Opioid Treatment Program. Let’s hold him up in prayer for academic success as he applies for graduate school of social work. Amen
