IQ – Important Questions: Next meeting TBA

Engaging and encouraging children’s questions about life, death, meaning and faith. We explore scripture (especially the Book of Genesis) and tradition through art, movement, field trips, songs , stories, and service to others.  Meeting in the Rectory.

Ecclesia needs volunteers! St. Mary’s offers an outdoor Eucharist for the homeless at Marcus Garvey Park on the first Sunday of each month. Volunteers are needed to bring Eucharistic supplies, and to make and transport sandwiches for an agape meal after the Eucharist. If you are willing to help, speak to Mother Mary.

This month, we welcome Orlando and Julius from QDEP (Queer Detainees Empowerment Program) – they and Executive Director Jamila, will be sharing space in 1/2 of the PH basement M-F, from 10 am to 6 pm. They will also have a support group for clients in the Rectory Common rooms on Tuesdays from 6 to 8.
